Fresh rillettes with cod

Preparation :

Ingredients :  

  • 300 g of cod
  • 150g fresh cheese (St Môret type)
  • ½ organic lime (zest and juice)
  • A small bouquet of chives
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Country bread


Steam your cod for 15 to 20 minutes and let it cool down.
Crumble the cod into a large container and add the fresh cheese.
Add the zest, lime juice, chives, pepper and salt if necessary.
