Fresh rillettes with cod
Ingredients :
- 300 g of cod
- 150g fresh cheese (St Môret type)
- ½ organic lime (zest and juice)
- A small bouquet of chives
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Country bread
Preparation :
Steam your cod for 15 to 20 minutes and let it cool down.
Crumble the cod into a large container and add the fresh cheese.
Add the zest, lime juice, chives, pepper and salt if necessary.
