Fresh fruits and crispy sesame tiles

Ingredients​ :

  • 1 Victoria pineapple 
  • 500g Strawberries
  • 2 Passion fruits
  • Fresh Verbena
  • 30g Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sesame seeds


Preparation :
Cut the fruit and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter with honey and brown sugar over low heat. Add the flour off the heat.
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, place small piles (about 2 cm) of the mixture and add sesame seeds.
Bake for 5 minutes at 180 °C. As soon as the tiles turn a nice colour, take the baking sheet out of the oven, add sesame seeds again immediately and let it cool down.
